On-Site Support

COMPerfection! provides on-site technical support services for contract customers and both business and residential customers as-needed or on a contact basis.  COMPerfection! will provide Technical Analysts to your facility.  There is a minimum of 1-hour service charge for all on-site services.  Residential customers will be asked to provide a non-refundable payment deposit prior to a service call being scheduled.

COMPerfection! is great for any on-site job.  COMPerfection! is a great added resource to your own IT Department or IT Infrastructure.  You can schedule us for the hour, the day, or the whole week.  Have a large-scale imaging or deployment in the near future?  Hire COMPerfection! to help.

  • If you are a residential or business customer new to COMPerfection!  Please submit a Service Request (Online Ticketing System) to request On-Site Support Services.  COMPerfection! will contact you to obtain any additional required information or payment and will then schedule your work for the next available Technical Analyst.
  • If you are a repeat customer or contract customer, you may submit your Service Requests online via the Online Ticketing System.  The next available Technical Analyst will be dispatched to your facility/residence immediately and/or coordinated with your timing request.
