Telephone Support

Yes! COMPerfection! does offer telephone support.  This service is reserved for our repeat/contract customers.  If you would like telephone support, you should start by contacting COMPerfection! via the Online Ticket System. In your Service Request indicate that you wish to work with an Technical Analyst via Telephone and you should specify your telephone number(s).

Please note, for non-contract/repeat customers – telephone support is only offered after a minimum service charge has been received by COMPerfection!

Contract / Repeat customers will be given a phone number to reach their dedicated Technical Analyst.  If you have lost/misplaced this telephone number and need to speak to your analyst via phone – please submit a Service Request or use the “Contact Us” form.
