Web / Email-Based Support
COMPerfection! gladly provides unlimited support via email and our web-based resources. As we start to re-define COMPerfection.com, we are going to start by providing email-based support. As COMPerfection.com matures, we will be adding further web-based support through the use of support forums/bulletin boards and even an online knowledge base (KB/FAQ).
For email-based support – click on the “Contact Us” link from the left-side menu. We strive to answer all email within 24 hours; however, if your request is of a specialty nature or requires research we may take a bit longer. Please be patient.
If you need more prompt support – submit a Service Request through our Online Ticket System (from the right-side menu: subpages). Tickets / Service Requests will inherently receive more timely response.
